Direct Support Professional

Role: protect and promote the rights and dignity of the person(s) you support through building a committed relationship based on trust and supporting that person to become an active and valued member of their community.

Requirements: Demonstrate a person-centered practice, an understanding of and commitment to inclusion, and the rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
Home Health Aide

Role: Support clients with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Promote a safe and comfortable living environment.

Requirements: HHA certification, experience in a home care setting, ability to handle physical tasks, and a caring demeanor.
